Khudari: 60 percent of Gaza children suffer malnutrition and anemia
April 5, 2010GAZA, (PIC)-- MP Jamal Al-Khudari, the head of the popular committee against the siege, stated Sunday that about 60 percent of Gaza children suffer from malnutrition and anemia and 35 percent of the blockade victims are children. In a speech at the opening ceremony of the 10th Palestine festival for childhood and development, Khudari called on all institutions concerned with children and education to help Gaza children through establishing projects that develop their abilities and improve their lives.
