Another tropical storm as blown through Haiti. The vulnerable island nation still hasn't fully recovered from the earthquake of two years ago. Because of the that disaster, over 400,000 people are still living in tents. From Reuters Alert Net, Plan International tells us about their plans to bring emergency aid to Haiti.
