Delaware health officials will test scores of Appoquinimink High School students for tuberculosis after a student was diagnosed with the illness.The state Division of Public Health and school officials are holding an information session for parents and community residents on Tuesday. Students can be tested after the session and their results can be checked Thursday.Officials say transmission of the bacterial lung infection is highly unlikely because the student only attended the school briefly in May. Still, they are encouraging 80 students who may have had contact with the sick student to be tested.The student has been treated and is no longer contagious.
