MALARIA: Malawi: RDT's to be used

Malawi government says the country will introduce a new rapid response of treating malaria, the number one killer disease in the country.
Director of National Malaria Control Program, Doreen Ali, said on Thursday that just like the country introduced rapid HIV tests which contributed to a reduction in new HIV infections, they believe the new treatment for malaria” to ensure that everyone who goes there should be tested first before being put on treatment.”
