BUENOS AIRES (Dow Jones)--Latin American and Caribbean economies have grown sharply over the past 20 years, but inequality and injustice remain rampant and the region would need to double gross domestic production by 2025 to significantly reduce poverty, the president of the Inter-American Development Bank said Friday.
